2pm (onwards) - Arriving either at Pisa International Airport or Lucca train station, you will be taken to your apartment within the city walls.
5pm - we go for a light 8-12km around the city for those that didn't fit in their Sunday run
8pm - We will meet for dinner at a modern venue within the walls then make our way next door for drinks (Dinner)

10am - free morning in Lucca. You are encouraged to climb a tower or book a recital
1pm - Lunch at the local pizzeria
3pm - free to see Lucca
5pm - 4-8km jog (walk) around city walls
8pm - we travel to nearby Calci for dinner at a local Agriturismo

8am - 10km tempo or 8x2min efforts
10am - we head to Pisa for a visit.
1pm - Lunch at a typical sandwich bar in Pisa
3pm - travel back via a lovely gelateria for dessert

8pm - we travel just outside of Lucca to a classical Italian restaurant

8am - 8-12 km run along the river trail
10am - we head to the town of Pavullo, a culinary and running secret
1pm - Lunch at our 'Bed-and-Breakfast' in Pavullo
3pm - we head into the city for a walk around town
5:30 - 4-8km jog (walk) around the local airfield
7pm - we head to an amazing castle for an amazing dinner, the highlight of our Tour

07:45 - Tempo run or short interval session (last session ahead of Saturday nights race)

10:00 - 13:00 we travel to Maranello to visit the Ferrari factory (optional)
13:30 - we head back to Pavullo where we eat at another nearby food venue that rivals any in the region
17:30 - 4-8km jog (walk) around the local airfield
19:00 - low-key tonight, we head to the local pizzeria where we dine with the locals on pizza, pasta and local wine

9:30 - we leave Pavullo and travel to Bologna for lunch
1:30 - typical Bolognese lunch, check-in, followed by a post-lunch walk around the old-town

8pm - Dinner at a typical Bolognese restaurant

9pm - Race: Notturno Di San Giovanni 10km
11:00pm - v.late dinner at local diner (tbc)
